About this project

This planner is a browser version of a monthly demand and supply planning workbook: sales history, open orders, account forecasts, inventory and inbound supply in one place, with a planner setting the forecast for every SKU in every warehouse.

SKU planner. Each SKU shows 18 months of units sold, booked orders, account forecasts and the plan. Drag the plan points or type values; quick buttons set the plan from recent averages, last year or the account forecast.
Projected inventory. Stock on hand plus inbound supply, minus the larger of the plan or booked orders each month. The band shows the target cover you set.
Exceptions. Rules flag projected shortages, excess stock, plans far from the run rate and demand with no plan.
Views. Show units or revenue, and filter by warehouse, category and brand.
